Angela Tomkinson MBCI delivers business continuity, incident management and disaster recovery across all sectors. She is a member of the Business Continuity Institute and is a qualified practitioner in service management by ITIL.
Her credentials are based upon experiences in business continuity management within the Public Sector for 25 years and as a commercial consultant since 2002.
Clients include investment banks such as Capital International, financial services such as Axa, logistics such as Exel, charities such as the British Red Cross, retailers such as Comet, construction such as Carillion, manufacturing such as GKN and public sector such as DWP. She is based in St Annes, Lancashire with her husband Andy, also a MBCI.
Her expertise is in technology and administration. A career Civil Servant at a senior grade she developed and implemented the disaster recovery and contingency arrangements for ITSA, at the time the in-house technical support organisation for the Department of Work and Pensions. Her audit qualities for accuracy, reliability and resilience are legendary.
She is currently a partner of Adtapt.
