Sue Stallard MBCI
Sue Stallard MBCI, winner of the Business Continuity Manager of the Year Award 2007 in her previous role for DHL, delivers business continuity, incident (crisis) management and disaster recovery solutions across all sectors.
Sue has developed her skills over a number of years, initially building emergency plans and evacuation procedures before BCM was even recognised as a mainstream discipline.
Her credentials are based upon experiences in business continuity management within the Supply Chain and Logistics Sector. Sue was responsible for implementing a business continuity strategy within DHL which included the management of plans in excess of 1400 sites across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
In order to achieve this goal Sue employed the use of a software tool and is proficient in its use to develop robust Incident Management and Business Continuity Plans. She is also very familiar with project management and has utilised her skills to ensure the roll-out to such a wide area has been managed effectively.
Examples of the customers Sue has worked with whilst at DHL have included, NHS Supply Chain, JD Wetherspoons, Booker, Iceland, Sainsbury’s, Boots, and many more.
Sue is a member of the Business Continuity Institute and is a Senior Consultant in Adtapt.
